Nice four-family apartment with independent entrance from the provincial road, its location is such as to give you the quiet of the place with a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains of Faggeto Lario.

It is on one level with a bedroom suitable for families, you will find a double bed and a bunk bed plus a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 5 people.

An open space with kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, a dining table, cable TV with access to You Tube and Netflix, from the living room you access the balcony where you can admire the view of the surrounding mountains, a bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the house.

Parking spaces are free and limited as we are in a mountain village.

You can reach the lake in less than 10 minutes by car, the area is served by bars and restaurants, you will also find a small grocery store.

Ideal place for excursions and walks both on foot and by bicycle.

We are located in a hamlet of the municipality of Faggeto Lario which is formed by the hamlets of Riva (on the shore of Lake Como) and the mountain Molina, Lemna (municipal seat) and Palanzo. These last three hamlets were already connected to each other in medieval times by the Strada Regia, which led from Brunate to Bellagio passing halfway up the hillside.

Its origins date back to 1335 and it is a place from where you can start your hikes.
